Three years ago, my journey to Betterment officially began as I discovered the world of yoga and the connection between movement and mind. But it wasnโ€™t until we began the journey of education for my son that my true purpose was kicked into high gear and I discovered the power of manifestation, and how one minute of Betterment at a time literally began to change my life.
